Success in any facet of life requires a plan.
That plan should have details that define the end goal, how you will reach the end goal, the tasks necessary to reach your goal, and a timeline that outline when each task needs to be completed to reach your goal
Defining the details of your plan within the context of a business is typically defined as Project Management. This course will focus on helping you understand the components that make up a good project management plan, pitfalls to avoid, and tools to help facilitate this process.
As part of this course, we will cover the following topics:
- Define Project management and related terms
- Discuss the fundamentals of Project Management
- Discuss the importance of understanding and being able to break down tasks within your plan
- Review the different methodologies used to support Project Management
- Review the different tools used to support Project Management
- Complete a Project Management exercise

Parking is located in the parking garage located directly beneath the Daniel's College of Business building on the corner of Evans and University.
