The Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce Announces the Departure of President Angelic Cole; Board Chair Malcolm Evans to Lead Transition

 

Denver, Colorado - December 15, 2025 - The Colorado Black Chamber of Commerce (“CBCC”) today announced that Dr. Angelic Cole, President of the CBCC will be departing the organization effective December 15, 2025.  The Board of Directors is grateful for her service and contributions during her tenure.

 

Transition Plan

Effective immediately, Board Chair Malcolm Evans will serve as interim President while the Board completes the development of the organizational structure to support the current and future political climate and the need for new initiatives to meet the growth of the organization and its’ member companies.  Following on the heels of the momentum achieved from our 2025 Ascension Awards Gala, which included a commemoration of the CBCC’s 40th Anniversary, we look forward to a bright 2026 and will continue providing you with valuable educational and networking opportunities during this transition.  Please see highlights of our 40th Anniversary Gala spotlighting the many accomplishments of the CBCC and celebrating the excellence of our members: CBCC 40th Anniversary Gala - McBoat Photography
