In December 2008\, Berg was featured in "How to Conduct Annual Employee Reviews" in Inc. Magazine and was a Denver Business Journal Outstanding Women in Business nominee in 2009. Berg holds a bachelor of science in business administration with an emphasis on management from the University of Northern Colorado.
