Prior to joining Achievement Dynamics\, Scott worked as a sales associate for DuPont Chemical Company. She consistently exceeded sales quotas\, growing the business 1\,000 percent over that period. In 1997\, she went to work for DuPont Automotive in Denver\, again exceeding sales quotas. In 1999\, she returned to the Polymer Products Division of DuPont and shortly thereafter assumed the role of Global Market Segment Leader with market development responsibilities. While there\, she increased territory sales by 24 percent and global polymer sales by 37 percent. Scott completed her MBA in technology management (e-business) in December 2001 and assumed the rule of e-marketing specialist for DuPont in June 2003. She left DuPont in June 2004 and shortly thereafter joined Achievement Dynamics and became a top producer\, business advisor\, and trainer.
