DESCRIPTION:If you are interested in supporting DPS students as a Substitute (Guest Teacher) or as a Paraprofessional\, attend one of our upcoming hiring events! \n\n\n\nDaily Substitute: $212 a day and $250 per day for Super Subs and Retired Subs\n\n(*Increased rates during teacher strike period)\n\n\n\nSPED Substitute Paraprofessional: $14.39 per hour\n\n\n\nECE Substitute Paraprofessional: $13.00 per hour\n\n\n\nDPS will waive the costs for fingerprints and background checks\, and reimburse anyone who is hired as a daily substitute for their substitute license from the CDE. \n\n\n\nBe sure to bring your current teaching license\, two forms of identification (such as driver's license\, social security card\, birth certificate\, passport) college transcripts and resume for one site interviews and offers.
