During this seminar, you will get answers to all of those simple questions you often find yourself perplexed by, including when and how to shake hands; when to stand, when to sit, and if there is a gender difference in this protocol; when to present a business card; when to begin a business discussion during a business meal; how to determine who should pick up the tab and when; who to introduce to first when making business introductions; what "business casual" really means; and much more. This interactive seminar is for both seasoned and new entrepreneurs alike.
