Change Your Career. Change Your Life. Become a Teacher!
Now is the perfect time to help where it?s needed most. Today?s youth are tomorrow?s future leaders of Denver. In order to get there, DPS students need teachers in the classroom who can effectively meet their academic needs and close the achievement gap. As a member of the nonprofit community you have seen the impact that meaningful service can have on peoples? lives. And nowhere is that more evident than in urban education. Take charge of your career and train to become a teacher with Denver Teacher Residency (DTR), a groundbreaking alternative route into teaching.
