Pipeline Management
This seminar is designed to give participants a basic understanding of the core principles that support increasing the speed or velocity of opportunities moving through a pipeline. An emphasis will be placed on understanding the basic stages of a pipeline and how to translate those stages to ones own sales strategy. Finally, the workshop will demystify the concept of activity management by showing examples of key sales activities for each stage of a pipeline and then providing a roadmap to determine what those activities might be for your own organization. Leave this seminar with a template to uncover what activities will move a sale from one stage to another.
