Thornton Economic Development: Request for Qualifications

The City of Thornton, in partnership with the Thornton Development Authority (TDA), invites qualified development teams to submit their qualifications and statement of interest for the redevelopment of the former Thornton Shopping Center (“Market at 88th”).

Located at Washington Street and 88th Avenue, this ~15-acre, publicly controlled site offers a rare opportunity to create a vibrant, mixed-use destination and catalyst for reinvestment in Thornton.

• A statement of interest outlining your vision and approach
