Math Fellows instruct small groups of students in mathematics. Identify gaps in student understanding and work with students on the mastery of foundational math material. Uses grade level lesson plans in order to support what students are learning in their regular math class. Works with students to set and track progress toward short term and long term goals. Creates a culture of high academic and behavioral expectations for all students.

  • Salary Range. $33,655 annually  ($22.618 per hour)

What You'll Do:

Math Fellows instruct small groups of students in mathematics. Identify gaps in student understanding and work with students on the mastery of foundational math material. What You’ll Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required. 

  • Successful completion of a minimum of 48 college credit hours, preferred. If you do not have 48 or more college credit hours, you must complete the EdReady Pathway.

  • Background with mathematics content preferred but not required (Candidates seeking high school positions must pass a high school math assessment).

  • Lead for racial and educational excellence and work to dismantle systems of oppression and inequity in our community, along with believing in and supporting all students so they feel seen and heard with access to high quality education. 

  • Live and work with a permanent home address in Colorado while working with us.  

  • Have the ability with or without accommodations to meet the physical demands of the position.
