We’re excited to share that our team is currently seeking a Clinic Manager to manage the daily operations of our Walk-In Clinic, and we would appreciate your help in spreading the word. This important role is ideal for someone who is passionate about clinic operations and delivering an exceptional patient experience. The Clinic Manager will help ensure our clinic runs smoothly by overseeing a variety of responsibilities, including staffing, patient services, and quality assurance.

Reports to: Co-Chief Executive Officer FLSA Status: Full Time, Salary, Exempt Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000 Benefits Medical, Dental, Life, Disability, Sick, Vacation, Simple IRA Location: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., some evenings and weekends The Center for African American Health is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering the Black community to make informed health decisions that benefit the whole person through education, collaboration, and advocacy. Under the supervision of the Co-Chief Executive Officer, the Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful day-to-day operations of the clinic and managing clinic personnel. The Clinic Manager must be committed to maintaining high standards of operational excellence while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and deadlines. Primary Roles and Responsibilities ▪ Manage daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. ▪ Supervise, support, and evaluate clinic staff and volunteers. ▪ Develop and maintain operational processes that promote quality patient care and organizational effectiveness. ▪ Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. ▪ Coordinate clinic scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation. ▪ Monitor clinic performance and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. ▪ Maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, volunteers, and community stakeholders. ▪ Support organizational goals and initiatives that advance community health and well-being. ▪ Ensure that all case files and other records strictly comply with policies, regulations, and HIPAA procedures. ▪ Supervise the ordering of supplies (medical and office) for the clinic. ▪ Responsible for the oversight of coding and submission of all invoices. ▪ Responsible to oversee, prepare, and participate in all inspections and timely reporting compliance. ▪ Develop relationships with public agencies and community-based organizations to build knowledge of the resources available to community stakeholders ▪ Maintain and update resources in the community resource inventory database www.caahealth.org CAA Health|Clinic Manager 2026 ▪ Assist in addressing members barriers to care, resources, and encourage/foster relationships with their providers and agencies. ▪ Collect client information and demographics as defined by organization/grant standards to accurately assess eligibility of resources. ▪ Manage relationships with partner organizations and develop systems to ensure coordination and communication between the organization and partners’ staff. ▪ Work as a member of the team, willingly providing back-up support for co-workers when appropriate and actively supporting organizational and group goals. ▪ Balance conflicting priorities to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects, reports, and meet critical deadlines. Requirements/Qualifications ▪ Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. ▪ Bilingual in English/Spanish (Preferred, not required) ▪ Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. ▪ Strong leadership and personnel management experience. ▪ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. ▪ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. ▪ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. ▪ Commitment to community health, patient-centered care, and nonprofit values. ▪ Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and lead through challenges with professionalism and flexibility. ▪ Demonstrated ability to work and build relationships with people and groups of diverse racial, ethnic, economic backgrounds, communities. ▪ Strong writing and communication skills, including the ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner. ▪ Demonstrated experience working with patients, coordinating events, and leading groups ▪ Demonstrated ability to organize, set and implement priorities, manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. ▪ Ability to organize and maintain detailed records; complete necessary paperwork, reports and meet deadlines. ▪ Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of CAA Health ▪ A team player with the ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment. ▪ Computer/technology proficiency skills: MS Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Google Docs.
