The Special Interest Group Facilitator reports directly to the President/CEO and will have operational responsibility for programs, expansion and execution of its mission.  The Special Interest Facilitator will initially develop deep knowledge of core programs, operations and strategic objectives. The main roles of the group  facilitator include agenda setting, guidance, task management, motivating learners, and managing the emotional culture of the group.
Will be the leading support committee organization focusing on the unique needs of the construction, retailers, and professional services community and provides business development, education, advocacy and networking opportunities for its members.  Assists groups of people to find common ground when meeting to solve problems, organize discussions, or resolve conflicts while remaining unbiased and neutral.

This position is part-time for 20 hours per week at $22 per hour.
