Business humorist Courtney Berg turns typical HR and management issues into fun learning experiences. She draws from her years of HR and operations management experience to bring boring employment concepts to life. In January 2005, Berg received her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) designation from the HR Certification Institute/Society of Human Resource Management - a designation obtained by less than 10 percent in her profession. In December 2008, Berg was featured in "How to Conduct Annual Employee Reviews" in Inc. Magazine and was a Denver Business Journal Outstanding Women in Business nominee in 2009. Berg holds a bachelor of science in business administration with an emphasis on management from the University of Northern Colorado.
